Delivery and shipping are handled by trovada. Each package comes with Track & Trace and is completely free for you as a customer.
Your package will be shipped by us within 2 days. The package is sent directly from the provider, which is more cost-effective for you as a customer. This may mean that it takes a little longer for you to receive your package. On average, each package is delivered within two to four weeks.
RETURNS
Not entirely satisfied with the received product? Of course, you can do that. You can return your order at any time within 14 days.
Is your product damaged? Then a return is often not necessary; we will simply send you a new one!
